PROJECT SCOPE

DGA completed work in 2016 on the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of an existing 250,000SF marine repair structure into new multi-use offices, studios and workshops.  Diverse space types included the multistory main common hall, entry lobbies, conference areas, studios, workshops, café, circulation and event space; developing energy efficient, easily maintained lighting solutions for the main volume was a wonderful challenge.
