PROJECT SCOPE

This project’s challenges included balancing bullet-proof and natural disaster-proof security protection with environmental / energy efficiency [LEED Gold] goals as key factors of the lighting design for this new emergency response (911) call center for the NYPD and the FDNY.  We designed innovative solutions for the project’s entry lobbies, call center, auditorium, open and private offices, conference rooms, cafeteria, elevator lobbies, toilets, façade, and exterior landscaped areas.
