PROJECT SCOPE
This $99M, 477,613SF historic preservation, adaptive reuse effort converted the landmark Old DC City Hall for use as a district courthouse facility. Our work on this LEED-certified building included public area interior and site lighting, and restored to elegance the stair hall where President Lincoln spoke.
