PROJECT SCOPE

This magnificent neoclassical federal courthouse (originally designed by Cass Gilbert in 1936) was given new life via a $315M preservation effort featuring historic custom luminaire design and energy efficient approaches throughout all public areas including 35 courtrooms and library, and achieved LEED Silver Certification.
